Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a late fee of $75/hr applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs.
