This apartment is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy access to a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area, an arcade, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer and dryer, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in the Westgate entertainment area of Glendale, this apartment is across the street from live music, movies, football, and dining. It is ideally located close to different attractions and a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old.
