A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and some breed restrictions apply. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited, and police will be called for any violations.
