The apartment features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. The apartment is also close to different attractions, just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
