Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a late fee of $75/hr applies). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.
