The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals and includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. There is parking on the premises with instructions provided at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guest verification is required, including providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. You may also be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. Check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
