Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No pets, parties, or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There's a $500 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort; violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
