A pet fee of $100 to $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
