The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, air fryer, blender, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features a full-size bed and full bunk bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is no weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Walk to top dining, shops, and attractions from this centrally located apartment. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
