This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
