Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM; a late fee of $75 per hour will be charged. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
