This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area, and an arcade. The condo also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
