The Halibut Haven provides a cozy retreat with a full kitchen and a living area designed for comfort. After a day of exploring, unwind in the open-concept space that seamlessly combines living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for relaxation and socializing. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a charge of $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Additional fees apply for professional carpet cleaning if pets cause damage. Nestled in a secluded acre at Lower Kenai Lodge, this cabin is just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, it offers easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the serene beauty of the Kenai Peninsula. Shared outdoor amenities include fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion for guest use. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee per hour. The water at the property is not potable, so guests should bring drinking water. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and maintenance may occur during your stay with prior notice.
