This compact yet comfortable cabin serves as the perfect basecamp for your Kenai adventures, with a short drive to the renowned Kenai River. The Lake Trout Cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy sleeping area, complete with two Twin over Full bunk beds, ensuring a restful retreat after a day of exploration. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a charge of $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost. Nestled in a secluded area, Lower Kenai Lodge is just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor amenities including fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, the cabin provides easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the tranquility of the Kenai Peninsula. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee per hour. The water at the property is not potable, so guests should bring drinking water. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters. A $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
