We have a dry, 677-foot cabin (plus large loft) for rent in Anchor Point, Alaska, available from September with a 6-month lease and month-to- month after that. This two-story, furnished, Anchor Point cabin is DRY yet includes a composting toilet with instructions. Just 20 minutes away, vibrant Homer offers grocery shopping at Safeway and many other shops and restaurants. Laundry and showers can be done in Homer at one of the laundry mats. Soldotna is an hour drive for many more shopping and restaurant options. Free Wi-Fi internet is included. Tenants cover electric, propane gas, hauling their own water (dispenser provided), trash removal, composting toilet care, snow and ice removal. Rent is $800 per month, with $800 deposit. The lease would be 6 months beginning 1 September, then month-to-month. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Pet rent is $100 per month. Please tell us about your dog(s) and send photos for consideration. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a TV with DVD along with movies, pull out couch, dining table, propane fireplace, other electric heaters, a queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a large loft with 1 single bed, 1 full size floor futon.
