Gather around the dining table for family dinners, board games, or late-night snacks. Enjoy the shared community pool or take a quick stroll across the street to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. The neighborhood connects directly to the Gulf State Park trail system, perfect for biking, walking, or exploring nature. Parking is available for 2 cars. Pets are allowed with a fee of $125 plus taxes per dog, per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, each weighing up to 40 lbs. This apartment is directly across from the beach, steps from the pool, and offers access to Gulf State Park trails. It is also close to local restaurants, shopping, and attractions. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking in the apartment or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Parties are not allowed.
