From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the inviting open layout with a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, and a dining space perfect for gathering together. Large windows and direct balcony access bring in plenty of natural light while offering relaxing views of the water. Amenities include air conditioning, a smart TV, a kitchen, and a grill/BBQ. Guests can enjoy a wide range of community amenities including a sparkling outdoor pool, a soothing shared hot tub, and a modern fitness center. Parking is available at no cost for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Park in any unmarked spot within the lot. Parking is not available for boats or trailers of any kind. Beyond the community, you’ll find Orange Beach’s best attractions close by, whether it’s waterfront dining, boutique shopping, family-friendly entertainment, or endless outdoor activities along the Alabama coast. Local attractions include The Wharf Entertainment District, Waterfront Park & Kids Park, Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Gulf State Park. Boat docking is not available for guests at any time. This area is for fishing access only. For boat launch and storage, the closest marina is Sportsman Marina, and slips are available for rent there. Some properties have cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, is prohibited and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. [SI]
