For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, with violators charged a $200 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy is required upon booking. The condominium association enforces a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items on the premises or parking lots.
