Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy is required upon booking. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations.
