Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
