The main bedroom opens directly to the balcony, letting you wake up to the sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, or savor a casual outdoor cookout at the community BBQ area. After a day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling outdoor pool or simply unwind while admiring the Gulf view. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Local attractions include Adventure Island (0.5 mile), Orange Beach Welcome Center (0.8 miles), Gulf State Park (1 mile), The Wharf (3 miles), Orange Beach Waterfront Park (4 miles), Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (7 miles), and Waterville USA (8 miles). For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For stays from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine.
