The parking fee is included in the total amount and there is parking space for a maximum of 2 cars. Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a shared BBQ area, perfect for grilling and savoring the Gulf breeze. This condo’s prime location offers not only spectacular beach views but also easy, immediate access to the shore, so you can spend your days basking in the sun or splashing in the surf. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but no cameras are inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
