Parking space is available for a maximum of two cars, and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Passes must be filled out with dates of stay and unit number. Any vehicles without passes that are completely filled out may get booted or towed at the owner's expense. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
