Security cameras are installed outside properties for safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The pool heaters will be turned on from November 1 to March 31 each winter. Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is not permitted in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am.
