The two roomy bedrooms offer a comfortable night's sleep, with cozy beds and ample storage for your belongings. The condo is family-friendly, providing a warm atmosphere for children, and includes convenient amenities like free parking. Outside, make use of the shared BBQ area, perfect for grilling fresh local seafood and enjoying quality time with loved ones. Free parking is available for up to 2 cars. However, trailers, boats, RVs, or other similar vehicles are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There is a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine.
