Any pets must be approved in writing prior to showing the property. Prospective buyers/tenants to verify all information of importance. Application fees paid are non-refundable. $150.00 non-refundable move in processing fee does apply in addition to the standard security deposit charge and is due at the time the security deposit is paid. This payment must be remitted in a separate payment form from the security deposit. If any approved applicant remits a security deposit to hold the property and does not finalize the move in process- the security deposit will be forfeited as a marketing termination fee.
