Apartment 1 features three bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a full bed, along with a futon in the living area. It includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a smart TV. Apartment 2 offers one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a quaint kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa. Apartment 3, located on the upper level, has two bedrooms with a king bed, a twin bed, and a double bed, two full bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with a small dining table, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Apartment 4, also on the upper level, includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a large flat-screen TV, and a well-appointed kitchen with updates throughout. All units are equipped with a washer and dryer. This pet-friendly home requires a $50 pet fee per pet, with additional costs for extra cleanup in the yard or home. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Situated in the storied Old Dauphin Way Historic District, this home allows you to enjoy the rich history of old-town Mobile. While driving is recommended for easy access to all attractions, Uber and Lyft services are available in the area. Guests will enter the building through the front door and access each individual unit with a digital keypad. The stairs to the upper-level apartments may be a little steep. The property has Wi-Fi available but does not have an ethernet connection. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary.
