Located in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District and within walking distance of Gourmet Center, it’s designed with essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. This apartment is part of a converted home that has been turned into a quad-plex. The porch and outdoor seating area is shared with other guests. This is the second ground floor apartment in a converted historic home with four apartments total. Guests will enter the building through the front door after parking behind the building. Once inside the front door of the building, this is the apartment on the ground floor to the left. There is one queen bed, a full bathroom, and a pull-out couch. Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet, and additional costs if there is extra cleanup in the yard or home from your pet. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This apartment is located in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District of Mobile, AL, and provides easy access to all there is to see and do in Mobile. Private parking is provided behind the building for guests, and Uber and Lyft are readily available in and around Mobile for those who choose not to drive. Check-in is anytime after 4PM unless prior arrangements have been made with the host, and an early check-in fee has been paid. Guests will park at the rear of the building, and walk around front to open the lockbox with their apartment number to enter the building. Once inside, guests will go to their unit number and enter the code given to them in check-in instructions. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A $500 damage charge will be incurred if there are signs of smoking in or around the home, and the same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no ethernet connection.
