The fully equipped kitchen includes a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom offer a large farm table with space to seat eight guests, and the second living area has two chairs plus a futon which doubles as an extra sleeping space if needed. There is also a laundry room and half bathroom. The first bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs, the first bedroom on the right has two full beds, the second bedroom on the right has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a SmartTV, and the third bedroom on the left has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also to the left of the stairs and has a shower/tub combination. Head out back to enjoy the seasonal sparkling pool, lounge chairs, and grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This home is located near the University of South Alabama. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home and you will be charged a non-refundable fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
