Tastefully designed with convenience in mind, it boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with essential amenities for meal preparation. All bedrooms feature comfy beds for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy lounging in the backyard or head downtown, which is only 15 minutes away. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad, with a few stairs leading to the main entrance. Inside, you'll find a living room with a decorative fireplace. On the right side of the living room, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Off the living room, there is a dining room and a kitchen. A hallway on the left side of the kitchen area leads to two bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside, enjoy a nice backyard with a charcoal grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park, and near McGrew Court Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you'll have easy access to everything. The home has quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
