If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are prohibited at the home. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
