You will love the convenient location and all the local amenities nearby, plus it is less than 3 miles from downtown! Guests can enter the apartment through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace. The first bedroom is on the right of the main entrance door. Walk straight down the hallway and you will reach the dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room, and the second bedroom. The bathroom is at the end of the right side of the hallway. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the apartment and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the apartment, stains, or waste found in the yard or apartment, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The apartment is conveniently located in a residential area in midtown, just a few blocks away from Hannon Park and less than 3 miles from downtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked in or around the apartment, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the apartment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately with no refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
