Pet Policy

Dogs and Cats Allowed

We accept 3 pets per apartment home. The weight limit per pet is 90 pounds. For each pet there is a $350 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, and $150 for each additional. We do not have breed restrictions for dogs. There is also a $25 a month fee per pet. Exotic animals are not allowed. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
