Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the trusted partner's approval before booking. Yellow wristbands are in the condo for your use and must be worn or visible for all members of your party when you go to the pool.
