Whether you’re exploring the local attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful ambiance, your evenings can be spent relaxing in the cozy living space, catching your favorite shows, or savoring the quiet charm of the area. Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and The Wharf are local attractions. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
