No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
