For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
