The condo is a smoke-free facility and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. A security camera is installed outside for safety and protection, but there are no cameras inside the property.
