Inside, the condo boasts a welcoming ambiance with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes and silverware. Free Wi-Fi is offered in this unit and in public areas of the resort. Parking passes are available for a maximum of 2 cars. Paid laundry rooms are available, one on each floor of buildings 1, 2, and 3, and two on the first floor of building 4. Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away. Enjoy fresh food at the Sassy Bass Grill. Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away, and Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks are nine miles westward. You can also access Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. This is a smoke-free facility, and smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The resort does not permit pets, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
