Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation. Amenity wristbands are free of charge and must be purchased/picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Located just moments from local favorites like Sea ’n Suds, Pink Pony Pub, and The Hangout, San Carlos 1509 combines convenience with coastal charm, offering an exceptional beachfront experience in Gulf Shores. Nearby attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, The Wharf, and The Wharf Amphitheatre, and Adventure Island. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. Beach towels are not provided. [SI]
