Parking is available on site for two cars, marked #7 under the building, for $41.50 with tax per vehicle, paid via posted QR codes around the building. One pet is welcome, provided they are kenneled. This condo offers a prime location, perfectly nestled between The Hangout and Sea and Suds, with a variety of restaurants just a short stroll away. Enjoy the convenience of a beach just across the street. Explore nearby attractions such as Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
