The Peninsula Links B102 is a comfortable living space located in the popular Peninsula Golf Course. This well-appointed condo offers two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it an ideal space for small families or groups of friends. The interior of the condo is designed with modern furnishings and tasteful decor, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The living area is open and airy, with large windows that offer plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding area. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The condo also boasts a private balcony that offers breathtaking views of the lush green fairways of the Peninsula Golf Course. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The condo features an outdoor pool available for a fee. Free parking space is available at the property for up to two cars. Guests must register at the Racquet Club on arrival. Amenities and clubhouse access are available for $40 per person per day or $100 per family per day. The property is conveniently located near local restaurants, shopping centers, and other popular Gulf Shores attractions, such as the Gulf State Park and Waterville USA. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No pets allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
