On-site parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles. Dogs are permitted, up to 2 dogs of any size, with a pet fee of $125+tax per pet. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house as well as the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Violators of the no-parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
