Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday 7:30 am to 5 pm. Guests may experience construction noise during this time. It is a construction site, however, the outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Pets are not allowed. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No smoking in unit or house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or house and or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
