The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. A security camera is installed outside for safety and protection, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided, and the traveler must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
