Feel at home in Turtle's Nest Side, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just one block from the beach. This house has a fully upgraded kitchen with beautiful wood countertops and all major appliances needed for a great beach getaway. The main level offers a great living area with chairs, a coffee table, and a four-seat breakfast table, and accesses the rear balcony. The fully stocked kitchen includes all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home. Enjoy a covered outdoor space with picnic tables and grills, and a big fenced backyard with a volleyball net. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 3 cars, which must be parked in front of the house on the left side, without blocking or parking on the left side. Pets are welcome with a $120 pet cleaning fee plus tax for one pet. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per property. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. Guests are responsible for all damage to property and people that may be caused by the pet. The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time. This property is within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, restaurants, shopping and big Gulf Shores events like Shrimp Festival and Hangout! Miles of beautiful sandy beaches and Gulf State Park with beaches and a fishing pier are nearby. A number of restaurants and bars are just moments away, where you can watch the sunset as you dine on fresh-caught seafood. For even more entertainment, head to the Wharf, where you can choose from zip lining, mini-golf, arcade games, live music, and a giant Ferris wheel. This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
