This house is perfect for a beach vacation, with a fully stocked kitchen featuring all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fully upgraded with beautiful wood countertops and all major appliances needed for a great beach getaway. Free parking is available at the property with a maximum of three cars parked in front of the house on the left side. A pet cleaning fee of $120 plus tax applies for one pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed per property. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside and walked in designated pet areas. The maximum size of the pet is 30 lbs. Located within walking distance to the lagoon and close to the Gulf, this property is near restaurants, shopping, and big Gulf Shores events like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout. Enjoy the covered outdoor space with picnic tables and grills, a big fenced backyard with a volleyball net, and parking for multiple cars on the left side. This property is a duplex and has some shared amenities. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations.
