Located on the 18th floor with sweeping views of beautiful Gulf Shores, this bright and cheerful condo is the perfect coastal escape for families and friends. Feel at home in this condo with a climate-controlled skywalk that leads you straight to the beach. Inside, the condo is decorated in a vibrant, welcoming palette that brings the beachy spirit indoors. Each bedroom offers its own TV and attached bathroom, giving everyone added comfort and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central air-conditioning ensure a comfortable, convenient stay. Crystal Tower offers fantastic amenities for all ages, including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a lazy river, a hot tub, a sun deck, a picnic area, a shared sauna, and a fitness room. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash). There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Parking rates per vehicle are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (Nov–Mar) is a max of $60 per stay. When it’s time to explore, the Gulf State Park Pier is just minutes away for fishing or sunset strolls. Families can enjoy a day of fun at Waterville USA, and nature lovers will appreciate the quiet beauty of Wade Ward Nature Park, a peaceful retreat perfect for birdwatching and relaxation. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Includes a dedicated workspace. [SI]
