This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 4th floor is your ticket to a perfect beach getaway. From the moment you arrive, immerse yourself in a world awash with soft coastal hues that effortlessly transport you to the beachfront lifestyle you've been yearning for. The living room, adorned with its soothing decor, sets the perfect tone for your stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows gracefully unveil your private Gulf-facing balcony, offering unfettered vistas of the Gulf of Mexico and the serene Little Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, ready to help you whip up tasty southern seafood dishes or any meal you desire. It's a space where you can create lasting memories with family and friends. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival with card payments only. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. Rates per vehicle are $20 per day for the first 3 days with a maximum of $60 per stay, free from Day 4-7, and $5 per day from Day 8 onward. Winter Rate Cap from November to March is a maximum of $60 per stay. Crystal Tower Condominiums offer a host of amenities to enhance your stay. From a secure walk-over pedestrian bridge providing easy beach access to Gulf Shores's largest Gulf Front outdoor pools, a second outdoor pool right at the building, and indoor pool, and a BBQ area, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable vacation. Your Gulf Shores adventure begins here at Crystal Tower 409. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals, and only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
