Our apartments are conveniently located around the corner from SoHo Square and all the shops and restaurants of downtown Homewood. Grassy hills surround each building with plenty of outside space for community enjoyment. These two bedroom, one bathroom apartments offer ideal living with ample closet space and tons of natural light!
All units feature washer/dryer connections, either in the kitchen or in the hallway closet. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set for an additional $50/month. Pest control, trash service , 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet are paid separately.
