Situated just north of Vulcan Park, Gean Rise is a small apartment building that features four-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartments. Each apartment has been recently renovated. Each unit at Gean Rise features a washing machine and dryer, a balcony or patio, and great natural lighting. Location-wise, these apartments are a short drive to UAB Campus, UAB Hospital, and 5 Points South. Downtown Homewood, Downtown Birmingham, Green Springs Avenue and Highland Park are all within a 5-7 minute drive. Utilities: Tenants are in charge of setting up electric, and water/sewer, as well as obtaining renter's insurance.
