This 4 bedroom / 2 full bath house has been newly renovated and is ready to be made into a home. There is more info on our website at LBP.tenantcloud.com, including a video tour. The fridge, stove, dishwasher, water heater, and HVAC unit are brand new. The entire house has fresh paint inside and out. Utilities are not included. If you would like to view the property, send me a message and let me know what day and time is good for you. First come, first serve. We do check credit and backgrounds, but they do not have to be perfect. The most important thing is your previous rental history and your landlords' opinions of you. We do allow tenants with no previous rental history sometimes. No prior evictions will be accepted.Refundable pet deposit is $250, and there will be an additional $25 rental charge per month for each pet that lives inside the house. There are no weight or breed restrictions. Deposit = $1300, Application Fee = $35 per adult, Pet Deposit = $250. Total to move in is $2635, or $2885 if you have pets.
